Re:April 2009
Dear Rapids Fans,
The PSSA Rapids would like to thank everyone for their
support during the 2008/2009 Premier Arena Soccer League season. We had the best
fans and support in the entire league and playing at home at the Bellingham
Sportsplex was a great experience. Unfortunately we fell short of our goal of
making the playoffs by one game, but we will return for 2009/2010 with the same
goal in mind.
Due to economic circumstances, the PSSA Rapids will not
play in the Pacific Coast Soccer League for the 2009 summer season. We hope to
return to PCSL play in 2010. We will however look forward to our 2009/2010 PASL
season that will start in November of this year at the Bellingham Sportsplex. If
you’d like to support the PSSA Rapids during the off-season, join us on our
Seattle Sounders FC Party Bus, which starts May 30th and runs throughout the
2009 MLS season.
